Natural Sciences of Leiden University. Leiden University is a member of
the League of European Research Universities.
Within the institute, in the section Protein
Chemistry an opening is available:
Ph.D. position for
the study of dynamic protein complexes (M/F), (38 hours weekly)
The dynamics of protein interactions
in the transient complexes of the photosynthetic proteins cytochrome f,
cytochrome c6 and plastocyanin will be studied with NMR and molecular
modelling. The project involves protein biochemistry, solution
state protein NMR and extensive modelling of the dynamic complexes
using molecular docking tools.
