St. Jude Children's Research Hospital,

Currently, St. Jude Children's
Research Hospital has an opening for a Staff Scientist (Job Number 16456).
The Staff Scientist would
primarily be involved in performing state-of-the-art protein NMR
experiments in support of research within the department and in
training junior members of the department in all aspects of NMR data
acquisition and protein structure determination. The ideal candidate
would have expertise in implementing new solution protein NMR
techniques, and in evaluating, procuring and utilizing new NMR
hardware/software. Experience with TROSY-based methods, and NMR
relaxation methods and protein dynamics is highly desired. In addition
the ideal candidate would also have excellent communication,
organization and interpersonal skills, have a strong interest in
collaborating with faculty both within and outside the Department, and
in serving as a co-author on scientific manuscripts.
Requirements:
* PhD in appropriate
scientific field is required
* 5 years of relevant and productive postdoctoral
research associate experience is required
